QNS

Quantum Neural Security

Production-ready blockchain with post-quantum cryptography, Neural AI and sharding

What's new: 14 Sep 2026 upgrade

Consensus, networking, sync and storage — what changed in the node

Real BFT consensus

Signed validator votes (Ed25519 + Dilithium3); every block is verified before voting — proposer signature, tx root, all tx signatures, execution with state root and receipts root check.

Light blocks and transactions

Public-key registry — the Dilithium key (2 KB) is stored once, a transaction shrinks 5.5 → 3.5 KB (−36 %); blocks propagate as header + tx hashes (40,000 tx ≈ 1.3 MB instead of ~220 MB), missing bodies are fetched in batches.

Fast node sync

A new node receives a state snapshot (accounts, storage, code, key registry) in 16 MB chunks, verifies the state root and the validator signature quorum, then re-executes the recent blocks. Measured 14 Sep 2026: a fresh PC node with an empty database caught up at height 919,626 in ~1 second (9 ms ping to the server), 0 blocks behind.

Pruning with archive

Signatures are stripped after 28,800 blocks; within a 400 GB disk budget old bodies are moved to a zstd archive, balances and headers are untouched; blocks are written in one batch with LZ4 compression.

QSN-Link transport

libp2p with QUIC (UDP) alongside TCP, gossip with content-hash deduplication, zstd compression, stable peer identity.

Post-quantum signature v2

The signature covers the whole transaction (nonce, from, to, value, gas, gasPrice, data, chainId).

Reports and logs of every measurement are public — see the Tests page.

Key Features

Native QVM

180+ opcodes; native DeFi primitives (swaps, liquidity, flash loans) in a single instruction; parallel execution of independent transfers with bit-exact determinism

EVM/TVM Compatible

QVM with full EVM and TVM compatibility

Post-Quantum Security

Dilithium3 (signature on every transaction, hybrid with Ed25519), BLAKE3; post-quantum key exchange between nodes (Kyber1024) — in development

Dynamic Sharding

Dynamic sharding up to 2^60 shards, 10-cluster Neural DAG; cross-shard latency not measured

Tendermint BFT

BFT prevote/precommit with signed votes; up to 513 validators across three tiers (300 + 150 + 63)

Fast Finality

Instant BFT finality: a block is final as soon as it is committed (3 s blocks)

Networks

Mainnet

Coming Soon

Mainnet will launch after comprehensive security testing in testnet

After the audit and test completion; testnet is live now (chainId 99991)

Testnet

Live

Test your applications on QNS Testnet

Devnet

Temporarily unavailable

Development network for testing new features — the devnet node is currently stopped
